Service Description: Assesses people with internet, gaming and gambling problems using standardized assessment tools * develop treatment plans, including referrals to other organizations where appropriate * telephone consultations are available by contacting the Internet, Gaming Disorders and Problem Gambling Services intake line

Treatment planning and community-based outpatient treatment for people with internet, gaming and gambling problems

Approach is client-centered, offering support and assistance for abstinence, moderation, or harm reduction goals * referrals are made to other services as needed for related issues * counselling is offered on a one-on-one, couple, family and group basis * specialized counselling services for youth, young adults and older adults (55+) * consultations and ongoing counselling available by telephone or in person * counsellors are able to work with clients on substance use issues if requested
