Service Description: Program provides screening, assessment, treatment and follow-up to clients with first episode psychosis

Treatment planning is based on a thorough assessment of the biological and psychosocial aspects of the client’s presentation and whenever possible is provided without admission to hospital * program is committed to working in partnership with clients’ families

Application: Initial appointment booked through early psychosis worker
Eligibility / Population(s) Served: Adults and youth 16 years and older with a serious mental illness
Housing: Adults and youth 16 to 65 years living with a serious mental illness and able to live independently
Crisis Outreach: People 16 years and older who are in crisis
