Service Description:	Access and support to people in the community who are experiencing serious mental illness and immediate barriers to access short-term support and long-term support Wait List Clinic - For people who are on a wait list for service * clinic provides supportive counselling by trained, supervised university student volunteers under the supervision of a clinical psychologist * participants meet with their assigned counsellor until the service for which they are waiting is available, at which time participation in the Wait List Clinic is discontinued
