Self-Help Resource Centre - Lending library with books and videos on topics such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, panic disorder, borderline personality disorder, self-esteem, and stress * resource catalogue is regularly updated and can be viewed online * workshops, networking and assistance in starting new initiatives
