Service Description: Assesses people with a substance abuse problem using standardized assessment tools * develop treatment plans * referrals to the community treatments programs or external agencies (e.g. residential or inpatient treatment programs) are made as needed

One-on-one counselling to those wanting to make changes in their substance use

Counselling is tailored to situation, needs and goals whether that be stopping or reducing use * specialized counselling services for youth and older adults * youth workers provide services in all Perth County high schools
