Service Description:	Nonprofit agency that supports people with complex needs in the following three areas: Adolescent females with mental health needs or who are deemed in need of protection Youth who are in trouble with the law and at risk in the community Persons with intellectual disabilities   Developmental Services - Daily 24 hour care for people with an intellectual disability, including those with extreme complex behaviours or those who have high medical needs   Outreach Programs - Connects people with developmental disabilities or those who are medically fragile to the community through volunteer opportunities, life skills activities and development and relationship development   Youth Services - Provides therapeutic care and counselling to at-risk youth
