Service Description:	Services for people experiencing anorexia nervosa, bulimia and eating problems, including restricting, binging, purging, excessive exercising and low body weight Services available: Inpatient: for patients who are acutely ill * W.D. Sutton school provides education Day Treatment:for normalization of eating * W.D. Sutton school provides education Outpatient: assessment and treatment Outreach workers also available in Goderich, Stratford, Woodstock, Sarnia, Chatham and Owen Sound * limited services including screening, psychoeducation groups and/or therapy
Fees:	Most services covered by OHIP
Application:	Referrals must be made by a doctor who accepts responsibility for medical care until clients are seen * documentation of medical evaluations, i.e physical exam, blood work and ECG results completed within the past four weeks must accompany referral
