Service Description: Mental health treatment for youth who experience severe emotional, social and/or behavioural difficulties at home and/or in the community and who are unable to remain in the home full time or in a less intensive setting

Multidisciplinary team works with youth and family and key other supports * transitional supports available
 
Bridgeway - 9-bed, voluntary, residential treatment program serving male youth and their families
 
Riverview - 5-bed female-only program that serves high-risk youth * goals of the program are to increase social competencies, offer stability, end the multiple placements/moves experienced by the youth, facilitate growth toward health and self-responsibility, and enable the youth to experience success while integrating back into the community
 
Serenity Programs - Facilitates personal growth toward health and self-responsibility, and enables youth to experience success while integrating, where possible, back into the community * competency, strength-based approach * personal plans for each client, which may include social skills, behaviour management, group sessions, education, life skills, cognitive restructuring and one-on-one counselling
 
St George St - 8-bed community-based residential treatment program in London serving adolescent males and their families

Application: Call * referrals from parents, adolescents, school officials, courts, and other service providers * family members are involved in the process
