Healthy Community Partnerships - Brings together community partners, identifies health priorities and mobilizes communities to develop health public policy Smoking Cessation Program - One-on-one counselling with health promoters and public health nurses to develop a plan to assist smokers with quitting Well Baby Clinic - Support with breastfeeding, nutrition, safety, child development, community support and parenting Food and Nutrition - Helps people learn about important nutrients, ingredients added to food, healthy weights, and works with community partners to offer a variety of programs to help people eat, prepare, and have access to affordable, healthy local food
