Service Description: Enforces the Smoke-Free Ontario Act and the Electronic Cigarette Act through inspections of enclosed workplaces, public places, schools and other places required to be smoke-free or vape-free * conducts inspections of tobacco and electronic cigarette vendors to ensure compliance with youth access restrictions
