Service Description: Solvent addiction treatment centre * 4-month residential treatment program * alternates between gender-based groups
  • individual/group therapy and counselling
  • family counselling and support networks
  • on-site learning centre
  • traditional Aboriginal teachings of roles and responsibilities
  • recreation includes biking, swimming, skating, bowling, team sports, and camping
  • sweat lodge, pipe, smudge, fasting, and other ceremonies
  • health care referrals and appointments, as required

Families of the youth (up to 3 people) are required to stay in the residence with the youth midway through the program for 1 to 3 weeks

Application: Referrals from community workers, agencies, schools and doctors * clients must have parental consent
