Service Description:	Provides a safe, non-threatening environment for withdrawal from substance use/abuse (alcohol and drug) * support and motivation for recovery through assessment, advocacy and referral withdrawal monitored by certified addiction staff individual and small group discussions and support interaction with peer group and staff information, assessments and referrals for treatment sources
