Service Description: Health centre focused on family and community health * health professionals assess and treat non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses * referrals to other local health services and personal development groups

Community-led health teams develop programs to improve the social supports and conditions that affect health and wellbeing

Counselling Services - Confidential counselling sessions for WACHC primary care clients who are dealing with stressful life changes, feelings of anxiety, depression, past trauma and other concerns
 
Emotional Eating Groups - Offers support to learn how to change problematic eating habits, understand how to create a positive relationship with food
 
Health Promotion and Wellness - Collaborates with other local agencies to identify opportunities to promote health and wellness through programs, groups and events
 
Nutrition Services - Nutrition services for all life stages * personal support in group and/or one-to-one sessions with a certified dietitian
 
Outreach - Outreach staff available to assist with multiple issues such as housing, health care needs, transportation and filling out forms * no appointment required
 
Youth Groups - Provides Youth with a fun opportunity to interact with peers, increase self-confidence and make healthy choices * each group offers input from the youth to create a unique program
