Service Description: One-on-one assessment and counselling during part of the day and evening

Services include therapy groups, medication maintenance, and community education

Groups include:
  • balance coping
  • bipolar support group
  • Healthy Opportunities for Positive Experiences Group (HOPE)
  • clozapine group
  • group therapy
  • lifestyle strategies group
  • Mind Over Mood and Advanced Mind Over Mood
  • panic and anxiety group
  • introductory and advanced skills training
  • Structured Integrative Psychotherapy Learned Easily (SINPLE)
  • steps for recovery
  • stress and anger group
  • Thriving Lives
  • Weaving Voices
Fees: Most fees are covered by OHIP
Application: Call * participants are required to attend a Central Intake appointment prior to commencing a group * groups offered throughout the year
