Service Description:	Provides access to mental health and/or addiction support services in French Services include: comprehensive mental health and addiction screening, assessment and treatment planning development of an individualized plan of care case management services links to appropriate local healthcare and other support services coordination of consultations with French-speaking mental health and addictions professionals, including psychiatrists if needed, via Ontario Telemedicine Network services
