Service Description: Supports adults experiencing:
  • personal distress and symptoms of a mental health and or addiction condition needing assessment and stabilization
  • circumstances which require de-escalation to prevent relapse
  • mental health and addictions needs to prevent hospitalization
  • emotional trauma with assessment, crisis intervention and links to longer-term services

Can provide access to the 5-bed Crisis Stabilization Space (offsite) * offered in partnership with Addiction Services Thames Valley
