Service Description:	Supports adults experiencing: personal distress and symptoms of a mental health and or addiction condition needing assessment and stabilization circumstances which require de-escalation to prevent relapse mental health and addictions needs to prevent hospitalization emotional trauma with assessment, crisis intervention and links to longer-term services Can provide access to the 5-bed Crisis Stabilization Space (offsite) * offered in partnership with Addiction Services Thames Valley   Crisis Mobile Team - Support to people facing a mental health crisis
