Service Description: Assessments, interventions and support to students and families with mental health and or addiction issues * consultation to school staff in regards to mental health and/or addiction issues as appropriate

Students considered for this program are affiliated with publicly-funded elementary and secondary schools
Fees: Free
Application: CCAC or school referral required
Eligibility / Population(s) Served: Students enrolled in an elementary or secondary school of either the Catholic or Public system who are facing mental health challenges, or who have an addiction, including students transitioning back to school from hospital/institution
