Service Description:	Mental health centre office offering services for people with a serious mental illness   Concurrent Disorder Support Services - Community support for people who experience both a serious and persistent mental illness and a substance abuse issue   Court Support and Diversion Support - Provides support to clients with a mental disorder (serious mental illness, developmental disability and/or acquired brain injury) who have come into contact with the criminal justice system   Crisis and Outreach - 24-hour service available to adults who are experiencing a sudden or unexpected event that places them in distress   Dual Diagnosis Support Services - Provides community support for persons with a serious and persistent mental illness and an intellectual disability   Psychogeriatric Support Services - Provides community support to seniors are experiencing a serious mental illness   Support and Treatment Team - 24-hour mental health service plan system offered to adults with serious mental health concerns   Supportive Housing - Low support, permanent, independent living accommodation for people with a serious mental illness to prevent homelessness, reduce length of stay in hospital and offer alternatives to long-term care facilities
