Service Description: Children's mental health centre offering community-based assessment, counselling and treatment for children and families

Services include:
  • family therapy
  • parenting support
  • psychiatric and psychological assessment and consultation
  • parent, family, child and youth groups
  • in-home parent training
 
Bilingual Intake - Intake available to London residents 5 days a week during regular business hours * after hours calls left on voicemail are returned within 48 hours
 
Community Services - Family therapy, intensive in-home services and treatment groups for children and families
 
Crisis Intake Team - 24-hour telephone crisis intervention available in London and Middlesex
 
Early Years Team - Identification and treatment of emotional, psychological, social and developmental concerns in young children including trauma, behaviour and attachment difficulties
 
Residential Treatment - Long Term - Specialized program for children who have complex trauma histories and have been in multiple placements, including separation from their family * long term residential treatment available to provide them with the safety and continuity of relationships to deal with their traumatic past in a more stable family-like setting
 
Residential Treatment - Medium Term - 6-12 month program that specializes in working with children who have complex and multiple needs
 
Residential Treatment - Short Term - 3-month program designed for children who have a variety of mental health and behavioural issues, offering specialized programming * Child and Youth Counsellors staff the private residence 24 hours a day
 
Respite Services - Provides family members with a short-term, break from the day-to-day care of a challenging child or youth
